How it Works

Alpha Homes will work with both landlords and estate agents who have unoccupied properties available for let without having to trigger their guaranteed rent insurance.  Through the guaranteed rent scheme, landlords can expect the following scope of service from Alpha Homes:

• We will make sure that the property is occupied within 48 hours of entering into an agreement

• Guarantee rental income at a fixed rate for up to five years

• Ensure that there are NO void rental payments during the entire period

• Address any and all issues with the tenant or the property itself 

• We cover all utility and energy bills

• Assume the responsibility of dealing with evictions
